Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a Japanese Healing Therapy focusing on balancing your body's energy and therefore helping your body to heal itself. Shiatsu uses finger and palm pressure, stretches and joint rotations to release tensions and rebalance your body, bringing it into flow and promoting its own healing abilities. As Shiatsu is a holistic practice, focusing on the connection between mind, body and soul, it helps to promote physical, emotional and psychological healing. |

Sei-Ki
Sei-Ki is the way of touch. It is an intuitive touch therapy that was developed out of Shiatsu by Akinobo Kishi. In Sei-Ki we recognise and find a way to touch your inner authentic truth. Through that we are able to receive you fully. This being fully received through touch is the therapeutic element of Sei-Ki. Sei-ki is a deeply still and soothing practice that can bring about potent changes in your life. It can support your wellbeing and can help you shed what doesn’t serve so that your true, authentic self can shine. |

Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) Forest bathing, or Shinrin Yoku, is an experience of full immersion in the forest. One is not just walking through a forest but is experiencing it with all your senses. You are diving into the forest and are one with it. At a Forest Bathing walk you will typically be guided through invitations that open your senses to your surrounding nature and open you to the healing properties and magic of the forest. |
