What to expect
We will be exploring Sheen common off the beaten paths. You will awaken your senses through different invitations to engage with the forest surrounding in a mindful way. In parts we will be walking slowly other times I invite you to experience your surroundings whilst we are standing in circle. This is a time for you to open, dive into nature’s magic and return more aware and relaxed.

What is Forest Bathing?
Forest bathing, or Shinrin Yoku, is an experience of full immersion in the forest. One is not just walking through a forest but is experiencing it with all your senses. You are diving into the forest and are one with it. At a Forest Bathing walk you will typically be guided through invitations that open your senses to your surrounding nature and open you to the healing properties and magic of the forest.
